My friend rang me last night, complaining to me about dark circles and bags under her eyes, it lasted for a weeks. Her colleague asked her for a date and she does not know what to do. She doesn’t want to go for a date with big eye bags. So she asks me for help. I know she works at night and that’s the common cause of it. I told her some tips that I learned from my aunt that I also did to avoid having dark eye bags.
When you are stressed and tired sometimes it shows in our appearance. The best thing one should do is to relax and get enough sleep in a day, maybe 6-7 hours sleep a day is enough. Elevate your head while sleeping will keep fluid from accumulating around the eyes.
